Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number. We recommend sending your cancellation request via email to ensure prompt processing. Orders that have already entered the shipping process cannot be canceled and will be subject to our standard return policy upon delivery.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may experience processing delays. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, custom products, and items marked as final sale. Please review your product description carefully before making a purchase.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

The time it takes for your refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider's policies. Credit card refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process after being issued by our company. For bank transfers, processing may take 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company. Some financial institutions require additional time to process the refund transaction.

If you've confirmed with your bank that the refund hasn't been processed, please contact our customer service team with your order number and payment details. We will investigate the matter and provide you with an update within 3 business days. In cases where a refund was issued but not received, we will work with our payment processor to trace the transaction.
